We provide shipping across Canada, the United States and International. All orders are processed between 2-3 business days (except the weekend and holidays).
Pre-ordered items are processed 2-3 business days of arrival in stock. Successful orders will receive an email confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam folder or contact us at akiinaboutique@gmail.com for confirmation.
All domestic orders are processed by Canada Post Xpresspost (including tracking) for a fee of $25.95 delivered in 2 business days (guaranteed).
All international orders are processed by FedEx (including tracking). International priority for $49.95 delivered between 2-3 days and International economy between 6-7 days for $39.95.
Free shipping for all orders over $200.

If any orders are returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you re-submit your order.

Should you wish to return anything purchased from Akïïnä Boutique, we will be happy to return or exchange a product provided it is unworn/unused and in its original package and condition. Please send an email to akiinaboutique@gmail.com to process and issue your refund or exchange.
Items have 14 days from the delivery date to be returned. Returned items damaged or worn; we reserve the right to refuse a refund. If you return a faulty or damaged item, we will refund the delivery charges insured in returning the items and issue you a new item or a total return.
